Bagel Chips

I have successfully made bagel chips--they are SO yummy. A good recipe is right here. Of course, I put in twice as much garlic 'cause I love it. And I didn't have any Italian seasoning, so I made up my own with a bit more rosemary than would probably be called for in regular seasoning.

How would you make your bagel chips?

SURE!!! Make them after I leave so I can't eat them!! Those bagels were SO good - and so were the cinnamon rolls!

Doug just got home and declared them "too garlicky to eat!" :) But the kids loved them--I guess I'm training them up to love garlic, just like Aunt Lyndsey. Must be in the genes.
